20 July, 2022 – The Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University (INMU) was pleased to welcome Prof. Dr. Jiro Nakayama, from the Department of Bioscience and Biotechnology, Faculty of Agriculture, Kyushu University, to discuss cooperation on professional development and research in the field of microbiota.
This September, researchers from INMU will join colleagues from the Philippines, Indonesia, Mongolia, and Japan at a workshop supported by the Core-To-Core Program, Japan.
Futhermore, INMU doctoral students will research the effects of rice bran fat extract on changes in the intestinal microflora of rats with induced intestinal cancer.
